PRESSURE TRANSDUCER SAPFIR-22M
APPLIANCES PRESSURE MEASURING
Measuring transducers of Sapfir 22M, Sapfir 22MT, Sapfir 22-Ex-M (further — transducers) are intended for continuous values transformation of overpressure, depression, absolute pressure or a pressure difference of liquids and gases to the unified current signal output in systems of automatic control, regulation and management of technology processes, including explosive productions.
Main Technical Characteristics
The measured parameters, models, upper limits of measurements, extremely allowed working excessive pressures for converters of a difference of pressure for converters of measuring Sapfir22 of M, Sapfir 22 of MT, Sapfir 22Ex-M are specified in tables 1-3. Each converter can be adjusted on any upper limit of measurements specified for this model. The lower limit of measurements is equal to zero. On request of the customer sensors can be made with units of pressure of kgf/m2, kgf/cm2, bar.

PRESSURE SENSORS MT100
Pressure sensors are designed for continuous proportional transformation of liquids pressure and gases in a uniform current output signal.
- Sensors have modifications on explosion protection:
explosion-proof with protection type of «intrinsically safe electrical circuit «ia» and the level of explosion protection «explosion-proof» (0); marking for explosion protection «???iaIICT5 X»;
- Explosion-proof with explosion protection shell (d) and the level of explosion protection «explosion-proof» (1); marking for explosion protection «1ExdIIBT5» — model 11229-11239.
- Not explosion-proof — all models except models 11229-11239. Sensors are multirange products. Each sensor can be adjusted on any of ranges (limits) of the measurements specified for model in table 2 and 3.

PRESSURE SENSORS MT 101
APPLIANCES PRESSURE MEASURING
Pressure sensors MT101 are intended for continuous proportional transformation of overpressure, pressure — underpressure, the absolute pressure and a difference of pressure of liquids and gases in the unified signal output.
Sensors have executions on explosion protection:
- Not explosion-proof
- Explosion-proof with a type of explosion protection «an intrinsically safe electric chain of «ia»» and explosion protection level «especially explosion-proof» (0); there according to GOST 30852.10-2002; marking on explosion protection of «0 ExiaIICT5 X» in accordance with GOST 30852.0-2002.
Specifications:
Sensors MT101M, MT101M1, MT101E, MT101T are one-limit products. Sensors MT101K are multirange products and can be adjusted on any upper limit of measurements with the corresponding pressure of an overload.
Upper limits of measurements and extremely allowed pressure of an overload are given in the table.
